The government is reducing its funding contribution on 1 August 2026
The government co-investment contribution for apprenticeships changes on 1 August. From that date, the government funds less of the programme fee, meaning businesses will need to contribute more. This is not a sales tactic. It is a funding deadline. Businesses that act before 31 July retain the current contribution level.

Programme Overview
  • Qualification: Level 4 Business Analyst Standard
  • Duration: 16 months total
  • Delivery: 100% remote · National
  • Multiple start dates available
  • Time commitment: Around 5–6 hours per week total — 2 hours of live/structured online learning, plus approximately 3–4 hours of asynchronous learning and applied project work in your role.

The remainder of learning time is applied directly to the learner’s day-to-day role each week, so new AI skills are put to work immediately. Real projects within the business count as learning evidence, meaning progress is built around the work already happening on site and in the office. Learning happens in the flow of work, without disrupting operations, meaning the team sees the benefits straight away as capability grows in real time. The full commitment is around 5–6 hours per week, split between structured online sessions and applied learning within the business.
